Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
In addition to my technical project, as interns, we were given the responsibility of coordinating a speed networking session with established leaders of BAT as well as other tasks such as a poster breakfast morning. In addition, each month one intern was set the task of setting up a meeting whereby each intern presents their recent project updates.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Through presentations, reports and coordinating events, I have had the opportunity to develop my verbal communication and written skills. Co-ordinating events has also improved my ability to time-keep, think innovatively and collaborate efficiently with others as a team.
I had the opportunity to participate in 'Pathways to Leadership', developing my leaderships skills.
