Placements for July 2027 start include:

• Asset Risk – Work at the heart of our commercial decisions as our Placement Data Analyst. You’ll explore data, spot patterns and help us understand how we price, plan and protect a fleet of over 900,000 vehicles
• Technology – Join one of our technology teams as a software engineer, platform engineer or cyber security specialist. You’ll use technology, AI and innovation to build smart, secure solutions that meet our customers’ needs and help shape the future of mobility.
• Electric – Play a key role in the transition of the UK’s largest car fleet to electric on our Project & Strategy Placement, designing customer-led solutions that make electric driving simpler, more affordable and more accessible to all

Application Process

We will give you a clear overview of each stage and the key dates from the start. When you apply, your application will be reviewed by real people, and you'll be interviewed by real people too. As a final stage, you'll be invited into the office because while it's important for us to get to know you, it's just as important for you to get to know us.
