Become a Freshfields Campus Ambassador!

We are now accepting applications to become the next Freshfields Campus Ambassador! This Campus Ambassador Programme is designed for students who are passionate about Freshfields and want to enhance their personal and professional growth.

As a Campus Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting Freshfields on your university campus while receiving exclusive training, networking opportunities, and earn some money along the way.

WHAT DOES A CAMPUS AMBASSADOR DO?

Your role will be to promote Freshfields and their career opportunities to students at your university through exciting and creative initiatives, including:

  • Work towards objectives and targets set by Higherin and Freshfields:
    1. Promote and Host an Event on your Campus
    2. Promote Opportunities and drive traffic to Freshfields’ Application Page
    3. Direct students to Freshfields "Register Your Interest" portal
  • Collaborate with clubs and societies to raise awareness of Freshfields
  • Carry out promotional activities on campus to raise awareness of Freshfields, such as “Meet the Campus Ambassador” events, lecture shout-outs, event stalls and more
  • Utilise social media channels to share information about Freshfields
  • Promote engaging content such as newsletters, reels, and graphics to support the Freshfields campaign
  • Gather feedback from students and provide insights and reports to the Higherin team

  • Flexible hours, with approximately 15 hours of work distributed from September 2026 to December 2026

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re after motivated, proactive, and well-connected students on campus who are excited to represent Freshfields on campus. Ideally, you’ll be:

  • On track for a 2:1 based on completed modules
  • A member of at least one society at your university, Law and Business specific memberships are preferable
  • Passionate about inclusive student engagement and broadening access to opportunities for students from under-represented backgrounds
  • Be able to think outside the box and always seek out new opportunities
  • Comfortable working independently, both on campus and on social media
  • Passionate about the law industry and helping others achieve their career goals with Freshfields

Please note: Selection will be based on the highest calibre of applications received per university. For this role, we are only recruiting from the universities listed above.

Application Process

  1. Complete your application form
  2. If shortlisted, you’ll need to submit a video task specific to Freshfields
  3. Complete the Freshfields online assessment
  4. Interview with the one of the Higherin Academy team
  5. Successful candidates will be offered the role and join the programme

We will provide training for anyone that is successful in gaining the role. Training will take place on Wednesday 26th August 2026 in the Londonoffice. Attendance is mandatory unless there is personal circumstances.
