At PwC, we know that when people from diverse backgrounds, with different points of view, work together, good things happen - for our clients, our people and our society. We're committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry with only 25% of equity partners at PwC being female. Although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done.
About the Women in Business programme
Through our Women in Business programme, we offer undergraduates an engaging and inspiring three-day taster of life at PwC. It’s a great experience, a chance to meet our people and get an introduction to how the business world works. What’s more, successful completion of the programme will lead to an offer to join us on a graduate programme starting in September 2027. Open to all, this programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services. Come and meet the inspiring women who are leading PwC into the future.
What you'll do
- The programme is designed to give you a snapshot of what a career at PwC could look like.
- You’ll be mentored by people from our teams who can tell you all about the opportunities available across PwC.

- Across the three days, you’ll be involved in a range of interactive sessions that will help you gain experience in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace.
Pathway to a graduate programme
- If you're successful on the programme, you could receive an offer to join us on a graduate programme starting in September 2027.
- Any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme.
Eligibility
- An undergraduate/graduate student in any discipline or subject.
- On track to pass your degree. We judge this based on your marks over the last academic year.
- In the penultimate year of a degree, graduating in 2027 or already graduated.
- As these roles are for our 2027 intake, you are eligible to apply even if you have already applied to a role in the current academic year.
