How does our apprenticeship recruitment process work?

Our process has four stages: Application > One-Way Video Interview > Virtual Assessment Centre > Final Stage Panel Interview (may differ dependant on role). Initially, you'll be assessed for our Sales area, focusing on your fit with Softcat, interest in the area, and transferable skills. At the Assessment Centre (from May 2026), we'll share the available apprenticeship teams. You'll be able to indicate a first choice, or we'll align you to where you're likely to make the greatest impact. Your final interview will then be for that specific role.
