We are hiring an intern to work collaboratively in our London office in the Trading Department. The placement will be for 12 weeks from June to early September.

Within the Trading Department the successful individual will be involved in work relating to:

Core Projects

1. Build a crude economics dashboard/tracker that can provide insights into:

• Relative refining values of different crudes into Pembroke refinery over time
• Price call/market information (feed and product side)

1. Analyse historical trends for different crude types to find key indicators that trigger value changes between similar grades.

• Crude screening sheets
• Crude price call data
• Market View
• Internal demurrage database
• (Potential scope) Freight data and other market drivers

Criteria for the Internship

• London based
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, Maths, Accounting or related field required.
• Predicted to achieve 2:1 or higher.
• Graduation dates of May 2027 onwards
• Ability to work 35 hours per week during the summer required
