What will you be doing?
- Assist with monthly results process
- Management accounts preparation
- Prepare and post journals and forecast packs
- P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and reconcile data across our internal systems
- Develop understanding of full management reporting process from start to finish
- Prepare UK Sox controls evidence for sign-off
- Assisting with answering audit queries
- Quarterly VAT returns - for review and to develop your understanding
- Develop an understanding of portfolio valuation process, linking to IFRS 9
- Analyse project financial models to identify relevant shareholder cash flows
- Gain exposure to other accounting systems including Sage
You will also receive exposure to purchase orders, invoicing and payments to gain wider knowledge of how our internal systems work and build your knowledge of the build-to-rent sector with our bid/business development team.
Within the role, you will also assist with provide financial information to be used in budget, for example this could include:
- Preparing revenue analysis based on management services agreements
- Preparing P&L and cash budget data for sub debt investment portfolio
- Preparing overheads analysis
- Assist with preparation of budget HFM upload packs
This role is available for a September 2026 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit yourself and the business.
As part of the graduate programme you will be expected to work in and around the location advertised, with the possibility for expanding travel to other projects and locations in the future. This may include staying away from home.

- A starting salary of £29,500

What are we looking for?
We invite applications from graduates who are passionate about the industry and have achieved, or are on track to achieve a Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting (or similar) prior to September 2026.
A full UK driving licence (or currently learning, you will be expected to have obtained a Full UK Driving Licence by 7th September 2026) and the eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction is essential for this role.
