The programme

As part of our Samsung UK Apprenticeship, you’ll study a 3 year Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship - Management Practice BA (Hons) Degree at Henley business school part time whilst learning on the job. You will embark on a series of placements working alongside our expert teams, while making a real contribution to one of the largest technology brands in the world. You will gain and apply practical and theoretical knowledge allowing you to develop personal skills whilst interfacing and building relationships with people in the business. We provide full training which includes an induction programme and development programme.

The role

As a Product Management Associate you will be involved in a range of activities across Product, Pricing, Channel Strategy and Promotions to meet overall business objectives including:

  • Working on new product launches - managing transition, initial demand planning and tracking performance against key competitors.
  • Tracking key product metrics on a daily and weekly basis during premium product launches and identify potential issues.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Monitoring pricing trends to ensure full visibility of price movements both in Samsung and competitor portfolios.
  • Gaining an understanding of Samsung's Products, including key features, product positioning and business strategies to drive sales and market share.
  • Understanding the competitive landscape through tracking market data, pick up trends and insights, and thereafter identify winning strategies by data to 'Win in the market'.
  • Work with the digital/ecommerce team to manage products and promotions on Samsung.com.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • 2 A-levels or equivalent BTEC level 3, GCSE English and Maths
  • Provide Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the programme
  • Results driven, organised, analytical, customer focused, strong communicator and team player
  • Able to start September 2026

The majority our opportunities are based in Chertsey, Surrey. Our offices are located in beautiful grounds, and within easy reach of London, just outside the M25. Our on-site restaurant serves a wide range of delicious meals, including South Korean and Western options.
