Help us get ahead of disease together

  • Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in business administration, supply chain management, science, or engineering related field. Graduation by August 2026.
  • Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
  • Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations (Stevenage/Harlow/Ware)
  • Expected Start date: September 2026. This programme is a 2-year fixed term contract.

Clinical Supply Chain at GSK is central to progressing GSK’s pipeline, supplying medicine and vaccines to patients in GSK’s Phase I -IV clinical trials around the world and we are seeking a motivated and energetic person who will enjoy a role that is operationally, strategically and governance focused to help us get ahead of disease together.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and learn about the supply chain processes in a dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll also discover the best ways to deliver key agile solutions and work collaboratively to implement our strategy.

Ahead together with tailored training and career development

Over two years, our Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three varied and stretching rotations working on live projects alongside experts in industry. Your 8-month long rotations will provide you with the opportunity to experience different roles across different parts of the GSK end-to-end Clinical Supply Chain. In all our roles, you’ll work across the GSK vaccines and medicines portfolio to ensure that clinical supply materials are supplied around the globe in a timely and compliant fashion for patients enrolled in GSK clinical trials.

What will you do?

  • Three 8-month rotations in roles across the end-to-end supply chain. There are options for roles in supply chain management, planning and scheduling, sourcing and procurement, operations, and logistics. All these roles contribute to the delivery of medicine and vaccines to patients in GSK and ViiV clinical trials
  • Learn and apply best practices in inventory management, demand planning, data management and logistics operational activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth flow of medicines, vaccines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labelling
  • Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization
  • Develop innovative new ideas and contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement
  • Accelerate your development through tailored training that is intuitive to you and your needs
  • Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Join an international community of like-minded graduates who, alongside their day jobs, help shape and run the Graduate Programme, for example, organising hackathons, running global tech debates with external leading experts, and more
