• Location: Deansgate, Manchester + support in Knutsford branch if required. (Candidates must be within a daily commute of 1 hour between Deansgate and Knutsford).
• Start Time: We are looking for candidates available for an immediate start in February 2026.
• Contract: Full-time / Permanent / 37.5 hours per week.
• Salary: £19,000

You don’t need prior print experience we’ll provide full training!

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day will bring something new. You’ll be:

• Producing printed materials using a variety of digital print equipment and software
• Copying, printing, scanning, and binding client documents
• Finishing work, folding, trimming, laminating, and mounting prints
• Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and safe
• Helping ensure every project leaves the building at the high standard our clients expect
• Pitching in wherever needed, teamwork is a big part of what we do

Development

• Entry onto the Print Apprenticeship
• Regular updates with the Line Manager
• On-the-job training and advice
• Structured development plan for the first two years
• Opportunities once qualified to continue development and focus on specialist areas within the Hobs Group.

• Determination to succeed and a willingness to learn new skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude, someone who takes pride in their work
• An interest in technology and design (any Adobe knowledge is a bonus!)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment – we’ll invest in you if you invest in us!
