This role offers the chance to develop a broad skill set and work across multiple content formats while building expertise in digital content creation.

- Review social media and campaign assets to ensure quality, brand alignment and platform best practice
- Support the setup and monitoring of paid social activity, including social boosting on client accounts
- Stay up to date with social platform trends, algorithm changes, emerging features and Gen Z digital behaviour to inform content creation
- Support reporting and insight generation across stakeholder accounts (including follower growth, engagement trends and paid social performance)
Market Research
- Conduct market and brand research to inform strategic content decisions, including writing, building and distributing surveys, and conducting focus groups
Marketing
- Support the marketing of Higherin Academy, including writing, building and sending marketing emails
- Coordinate with third-party partners to support marketing campaigns, including briefing assets, copy and campaign setup
- Work with members of the marketing team to support recruitment marketing initiatives

- An active interest in and passion for social media and content creation, with a good sense of what performs well across different platforms.
- Demonstrable creativity, with the ability to generate ideas for video-led and social-first content and contribute to content plans and shot lists.
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and develop new skills as the role evolves.
- Comfort with working collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared projects and supporting wider marketing and client priorities.
- A proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks and moving activity forward without constant direction.
- Strong communication skills, able to listen, understand requirements, and respond clearly and appropriately to colleagues, clients and partners.
- Good organisational and project management skills, able to manage your own time effectively, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver to deadlines.
- The ability to build productive working relationships with internal teams, university contacts, employers and third-party partners.
