Position Overview

As an intern at Provence Classics, you’ll work alongside our experienced team, immersing yourself in the dynamic environment of classic car rentals and restoration. This is a unique opportunity to learn in a friendly, professional setting while working on some of the most famous cars in history.

From vehicle preparation, maintenance, and repairs to client interactions and operational support, this internship offers a comprehensive insight into the daily operations of a leading classic car rental company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Restoration Projects: Participate in various stages of vehicle restoration, from disassembly to reassembly.
• Perform Maintenance Tasks: Support routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake checks, and engine tuning.
• Vehicle Preparation: Prepare classic cars for rental, including cleaning, detailing, and ensuring all systems are in top condition.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients, introduce them to their rental vehicles, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental experience.
• Workshop Support: Assist the workshop team with parts replacement, tuning, and emergency repairs.
• Delivery and Pick-Up: Support vehicle delivery and collection, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable client experience.
• Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operations such as bookings, inventory management, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Passion for Classic Cars: Strong interest in classic vehicles and an understanding of their unique features.
• Driving License: Full, clean driving license held for at least two years.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical skills or experience preferred. BEng or MEng studies are a plus but not essential.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in vehicle maintenance and customer service.
• Enthusiasm to Learn: Eager to develop new skills and knowledge.
