12 month fixed-term contract to start in September 2026

Total weekly hours: 37.5

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver annual wellbeing calendars and supporting campaigns.
• Conduct thorough internal audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Analyse wellbeing survey data, identify key trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee wellbeing events and initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating risk assessments to promote a safe and healthy workplace.

Your profile:

• Organised and Efficient – Can manage tasks, follow up on actions, and handle several complex tasks at once.
• Good Under Pressure – Works well in fast-paced environments and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong Problem Solver – Able to assess situations, spot issues, and decide on the best course of action.
• Detail-Focused – Has strong attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all tasks, including audits and reviews.
• Clear Communicator – Communicates well across different channels and with people at all levels.
