About We Love Your Projects:

We Love Your Projects are an experienced company who specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, all aspects of boiler and electrical works and more. The company are based in Hillington and have a strong history of supporting apprentices. Within their trades team, they currently have several apprentices and have supported apprentices in their office via QA before.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career within a fast paced business.

What would you be doing?

  • 1st point of contact for customers on the telephone. Triaging requests, providing updates on jobs and solving problems
  • You will become a superuser of JobLogic (service management software) which you will use to support job requests, inputting all client information, e.g. address, issue etc. You will then allocate an engineer and resource to the job to be actioned
  • Process invoices via JobLogic to ensure smooth cashflow for the business
  • Become a pro of SharpSpring (a CRM system) which you will use to store customer data and send updates from
  • Order materials for jobs using various platforms
  • Manage individual diary using MS Outlook
  • Post regular social media updates for We Love Your Projects on different social media channels

What qualities should you have?

  • Communication skills – both verbal and written

Salary:

£18,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, Friday, 8am - 1pm
