Digital Records Management Level 3 Apprenticeship - Harper Macleod

Overview:

As part of the Operations team you will provide Records Management assistance to users across all departments and offices. While the role is based within the Glasgow office, some project work may require attendance at our other offices across Scotland.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st point of contact for internal HM staff who need support regarding records. You will triage requests, troubleshoot and escalate to the Records Managers where necessary
  • Become a superuser of iManage (a document and email management system) where you will store, organise, and retrieve case files, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Gather and implement requests from colleagues and Partners via MS Outlook
  • Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management) to accurately maintain and update client information
  • Support the Records Manager in the delivery of Records Management projects, including the audit, review and destruction of legacy records

Required skills:

  • Experience of office environment, legal environment preferred
  • IT skills including MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Attention to detail

Salary:

£22,932 per annum

Working week:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Future prospects:

Should you perform well in this role there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company.Future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.
