Diversity in Business Insight Programme (Spring 2026)
Three days that make a real difference
At PwC, we know that when people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives work together, amazing things happen – for our clients, our people and for society.
Our Diversity in Business programmes are designed to increase access and opportunity for students from under-represented backgrounds, offering a three-day paid insight into life at PwC.
You’ll get to meet our teams, learn about our different business areas and gain hands-on experience of what it’s like to work here. It’s a great opportunity to build your confidence, develop new skills and start shaping your career in business.
Who can apply
- You’re currently studying for an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- You’ll graduate in 2028 (first year of a three-year course or second year of a four-year course).
- You’re eligible for one of our under-represented community programmes.
- You’re on track to pass your degree, based on your most recent academic results.

Our three Diversity in Business pathways
Advancing Social Mobility
For students from lower socio-economic backgrounds, focused on widening access to careers in business.
Black Talent in Business
Supporting and empowering students of Black heritage through professional insight and mentoring.
Women in Business
Encouraging talented women to explore opportunities in business and address under-representation.
What you’ll experience

Business areas you could experience
Programme availability differs each year, but you may explore areas such as:
Audit, Accounting, Tax and Finance
Understand the financial foundations that support organisations and learn how businesses plan for the future.
Advisory and Consulting
Use data, insight and creativity to help clients navigate challenges, make decisions and drive change.
Strategy
Provide strategic guidance and help organisations tackle their biggest challenges and seize opportunities.
Technology and AI
Work with cutting-edge technology to help businesses transform, innovate and stay ahead.
Selection process
- Online application – Complete a short form and share your details.
- Online assessment – Test your skills, behaviours and reasoning.
- Video interview – Tell us more about how you approach work and problem-solving.
Your pathway to a Summer Internship
If you complete the Diversity in Business programme successfully, you could be offered a place on a Summer Internship in 2027. Outstanding interns may then receive a Graduate job offer in the same business area.
