Desired skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills – able to explain technical issues in a clear, friendly way.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Logical thinker with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

  • 40 hours per week.

Benefits:

  • On-the-job training with experienced IT professionals.
  • Support to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
  • A welcoming, values-driven environment where your contribution matters.
