Banking and Markets - Spring Insight Program 2026 (London)
Global Banking and Global Markets is a leading financial services franchise that delivers integrated solutions to corporate, institutional, and government clients around the world. The division is comprised of two major segments: Global Banking, which provides advisory, lending, and treasury services; and Global Markets, which offers sales, trading and research capabilities across equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities. Global Payments Solutions delivers the solutions that help our clients move money — from individuals using Mobile and Online Banking, to U.S. and multinational businesses, large corporates, financial institutions and public sector entities using CashPro®, our award-winning digital platform. We provide treasury management and working capital solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes.
Enterprise Credit is a front office function that works closely with origination functions such as Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, and Global Payments Solutions both domestically and globally to devise and deliver solutions to customers. Enterprise Credit is specifically responsible for the credit analysis, credit paper preparation and execution of multiple-ranged financial transactions as well as the subsequent monitoring and management of portfolio quality and exposures.
As a Spring Insight Program participant, you can expect to:
- Be invited to a series of virtual spotlight sessions that introduce and expand on specific business areas where future vacancies for Junior Talent exists
- Make an informed decision as to which Line of Business you would like to get to know more about during the Program
- Experience and learn about the work and culture of the whole organization
- Discover why Bank of America is a Great Place to Work
- Develop essential professional skills that will equip you for a strong future
- Get a deeper insight of your preferred line of business:
- Gain deeper insight of the business, their focus areas
- Take part in interactive breakout sessions and case studies /simulations
- Network with business representatives and student peers
- Hear from our recruiters as they share key tips and guidance on how to ace your interviews
- Ask questions to deepen your understanding of the Bank, the Line of Business or anything else related to working with us
- Be invited to an in-person Assessment Centre on Day 4 that leads to an internship with us if successful.
Eligibility
- Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university expecting to graduate in 2028
- Have obtained a minimum of 112 UCAS points at A levels or equivalent
- Studying towards any degree subject
What we are looking for
- Strong academics are important, but you’ll also need to demonstrate key qualities such as initiative, self-motivation, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in financial services
- Fluency in English is essential
