Supply Chain Planning Placement

As a Supply Planning Intern, you will be an integral part of our Supply Planning team, working closely with the Supply Planning Development Manager. You will engage in a variety of tasks and projects that support the day-to-day operations of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and broader supply chain initiatives. This role offers a chance to apply your analytical skills and business acumen to real-world scenarios and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Slow Moving and Remnant File.
• Produce and analyze US Reports and other weekly/monthly reports.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of an MRP Controller, including:
• Ordering stock based on forecasts
• Managing inventory levels
• Communicating with stakeholders across the organization
• Participating in new product releases
• Collaborate with teams in the UK and France to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to presentations and support the broader Supply Chain teams.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical and business skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH.
• Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and a keen interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain Management.
• Open-minded and eager to explore various areas within the Supply Chain domain.
• Have the right to work in the UK (including a student visa that allows you to undertake an internship opportunity)
