Job Description

Network Engineer Higher Apprenticeship - Club Control

Club Control is the largest supplier of EPOS and management systems to the club sector in the UK, trusted by over 1800 clubs nationally. We only work with clubs and our systems are designed specifically for the sector. Every club is different in the way they operate, we fully customise our products to suit each individual customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing cables for EPOS systems and other security systems
  • Field based role-working with Senior Engineer - client visits all around UK
  • No day is the same - shift pattern will change weekly depending on client demand
  • Working on installations at sports and social clubs
  • Installing IP door entry systems and CCTV
  • Networking and AV systems
  • General electrical installations
  • Working alongside a senior engineer and travelling nationwide

Entry requirements:

  • an A-Level in ICT
  • OR an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 ICT
  • OR a Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.For more information please visit the UK ENIC website.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern. Friday's work from home or only local jobs due to the weekend.
