• Digital Risk — be an innovator and a problem solver, helping the world to work better by maintaining the confidence and trust.
• Risk Consulting — help our clients to protect their businesses from risk by solve difficult issues via integrating a variety of skills in the area of risk, control and governance.
• Tax — help local and international businesses find better ways of doing tax whilst developing skills that’ll complement your career.
• Technology Consulting — help our clients keep ahead of the evolving digital industry and use our global capabilities to help them undergo major transformation.
• Financial Restructuring — work with companies and investors that face financial challenges across the whole economic cycle and help them either get back on track or go through insolvency.

You’ll be based in Northern Ireland, working with clients that include the largest share of locally headquartered companies in the Northern Ireland Top 100, listed companies, private equity investors and investees, owner managed businesses and the operations of some of the world’s largest companies. What you can expect:

This one-year programme allows you to gain hands-on experience, while earning a competitive wage.

As an Industrial Placement Student, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience by working on live projects that impact clients and industries.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Receive guidance from experienced professionals who will help you navigate your career path.
• Work in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere that encourages creativity and new ideas.
• Collaborate with teams from around the world, gaining a broader perspective on business challenges.

You'll be in a supportive team and will receive regular coaching and mentoring. You'll be learning on-the-job and will be given access to regular training opportunities. Plus, your experience doesn't stop once you've completed the programme - we'll continue to give you opportunities to progress within EY.
