The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

It’s okay to not know everything when it comes to your career, as it’s only just beginning. We’re here to support you! Our graduate programmes enable you to shape your future with confidence. From bots that do number crunching, sustainability projects that positively impact people and the planet, or transforming through technology, we have opportunities to match your passion and strengths.

What you can expect:

This is a two-year paid graduate programme working within the Technology Risk team. We analyse data from various sources to help clients identify areas of risk within their processes. If they need to improve anything, we find the best solution for their business.

You will:

  • Learn analytical techniques that solve client problems
  • Develop data extraction, analysis and visualisation skills
  • Work with cutting-edge tech and tools
  • Share results and solutions with clients.

What your career will look like

This is a two-year paid graduate programme where you'll also study for a Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), with the option to pursue the ACA qualification later on, leading to you becoming a Chartered Accountant.

You'll join a supportive team and will receive regular coaching and mentoring. You'll be learning on-the-job and will be given access to regular training opportunities. Plus, your experience doesn't stop once you've completed the programme - we'll continue to give you opportunities to progress within EY.

What’s in it for you:

  • Accelerate your technical capabilities and transformative leadership skills with future-focused courses and development programmes.
  • Broaden your horizons by working on highly integrated teams across the globe and collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds — both professionally and culturally.
  • Bring out the best in yourself with continuous investment in your personal well-being and career development.
  • Develop your own personal purpose and help us create a positive ripple effect on our teams, our business, clients and society.

Here at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential. Through our coaching and training programmes, you’ll develop the skills you need to stay relevant today and, in the future – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond.
