What you will be doing

• Gaining experience in a variety of People Consulting specialisms, such as change management, communications, workforce transformation, culture, AI adoption, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.
• Working in project teams to help clients solve unique challenges and implement innovative solutions. Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.
• Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.
• Supporting workshops and contributing to reports, presentations and other deliverables.
• You’ll be working across a portfolio of clients assigned to you. This will involve a mixture of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and working from home. It will vary by client/project and will depend on the requirements of both the client and project team.
• Contributing to developing our practice and business development initiatives by helping with proposals.
