Role and Responsibilities

What will be your key deliverables?

• To understand and be able to problem solve data requests, in order to simplify processes and assist the automation of data where possible
• Support current data analyst - Assisting the maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports and dashboards (Qlik Sense) for key drivers of our business on behalf of the Operations team.
• Frequently audit data as required to ensure the data is of high quality, spot checking for errors and working collaboratively with relevant colleagues to problem solve issues.
• Assist with the data collection for miscellaneous projects and ad-hoc requests
• Understand how to communicate and simplify data problems in a way that’s meaningful and simple to understand for colleagues that aren’t in data roles.
• Support in raising awareness of Data Accuracy & Storytelling within the People Team
• Conduct research, monitor, and report on industry/market trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for data improvement and innovation. Additionally, conduct project work to streamline current data processes by recommending efficient tools, both internal and external, to enhance data operational effectiveness.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for using data to drive insights and decisions.
• Shows a passion for data and analysis.
• Has a team mind set, happy to assist with various tasks to ensure the success of the team.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
• Self-starter attitude with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with MS office tools with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Location, location, location

The majority our opportunities are based in Chertsey, Surrey. Our Head Office is located in beautiful grounds, and within easy reach of London, just outside the M25. Our on-site restaurant serves a wide range of delicious meals, including South Korean and Western options.
