Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Product Marketing Apprentice to join our Buying and Product Development team. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of product launch plans
  • Support market research activities to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce product imagery (e.g., for brochures, web content, social media posts)
  • Conduct product photography and editing for use in both printed and digital media, including internal and customer websites
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist Product Managers in understanding key metrics
  • Maintain the image library
  • Create packaging specification documents to align with the needs of the company and its customers, and to share with suppliers
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve product visibility and customer engagement
  • Support the Packaging Specialist in meeting sustainable packaging objectives and gathering supporting evidence from factories

Desirable skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of photography and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign or Illustrator) is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week.

Benefits:

  • Structured apprenticeship training and mentoring
  • Opportunity to work on real projects and make a meaningful impact
  • Career development support and potential for progression
  • A friendly, inclusive, and creative working environment
  • Free on-sight parking
