What you’ll be doing

• Join project teams to help clients address their most significant business challenges.
• Build trust-based relationships within client organisations.
• Work on complex problems spanning people, processes, and technology.
• Gain early responsibility, developing your skills through interesting and varied assignments.
• Learn about business issues and industry-specific technologies to deliver tailored solutions.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduates with or working towards a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (achieved or predicted).
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, driven, and collaborative team players with a growth mindset.
• Naturally curious about business and technology, with the ability to adapt quickly.

Where you’ll be based

• Assigned office will be Edinburgh, London, or Manchester.
• Expected to be in-person at least 3 days per week, either at client sites or your assigned office.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK as client projects require.
