About the role:

As a Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing department, supporting both internal and external communications. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities including:

  • Organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Exhibitions and events coordination
  • Public relations and press outreach
  • Email marketing and CRM support
  • Website content updates and optimisation

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and wider team, your responsibilities will grow as your skills develop. Initial tasks include:

  • Updating internal communications to keep employees informed
  • Organising and maintaining internal databases and folders
  • Supporting campaign planning and execution
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with reporting and performance tracking

What we’re looking for:

  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with a desire to learn and grow

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

39 hours per week, 9am – 5pm.

Benefits:

While specific benefits may vary, Armac Martin typically offers:

  • Competitive salary and apprenticeship support
  • Company pension scheme
  • On-site parking
  • Employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Opportunities for career progression
  • Supportive and inclusive working environment

Future prospects:
