About the program:

The Deutsche Bank Internship Programme is designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support. You’ll quickly gain the confidence to take on real projects by learning first-hand how and what we deliver for clients worldwide. You’ll feel supported by colleagues from across our business and start to develop your professional network.

About the division:

Our Fixed Income & Currencies division provides innovative solutions to DB clients. Whether it’s managing risk, supporting funding needs or providing liquidity, our Teams help clients to navigate a broad range of needs. Sales, Trading, Financing and Structuring work together to create bespoke solutions helping our clients to achieve their goals and maximize results. During the rotational programme you’ll work within Foreign Exchange, Rates, Emerging Markets or Credit to see firsthand how we respond to market trends, deliver for our clients and make a difference in the world.

About the role:

During the 9-week Internship Program, you’ll undergo upfront training with industry experts, followed by 8 weeks across different desks. You’ll learn from our senior leaders, expand your network, and grow the skills needed to start your career.

To be eligible for the 2026 Internship Programme you must:

  • Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st August 2026 and 31st July 2027.
  • Return to full-time study after the 2026 internship. If you do not return to full-time study you will not be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Programme.
  • Be able to start full time work in July 2027, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
  • You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree.
  • Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
  • For some placements within Fixed Income, in addition to English, fluency in a European language is desirable.
