Job Description

Functional Header Description:

Our Finance team powers performance behind the scenes translating data, strategy, and insight into smart decisions that drive success on and off the track. With a focus on precision and agility to inform business leaders, these roles offer the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the financial health and long-term sustainability of Williams Racing.

The Finance Department plays a pivotal role in enabling the team to compete at the highest level. Every pound spent or saved contributes to performance, innovation and long-term competitiveness. From managing budgets and the cost-cap to analysing data and optimising resource allocation, the team ensures financial resilience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Their work supports every aspect of the business, empowering our mission to return to the front of the grid.

Finance Industrial Placement

We are seeking a Finance Placement student to join our dynamic team, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organisation. This role offers hands-on experience across the spectrum of the finance function. From business partnering, to financial reporting, to cost-cap optimisation you will be helping shape the financial future of a Formula 1 team.

• If you’re studying a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field this role will turbo-charge your development and understanding.
