Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Operations Apprentice! The right candidate will play a vital role providing daily support to the Technical & Operations Departments.

To succeed in this role you should be enthusiastic, pro-active and possess a strong ‘can-do’ attitude. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and an eye for detail is a must. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming systems expect on fleet management system to manage orders.
  • Utilising Microsoft 365 such as Excel to access data such as supplier and customer data.
  • Using collaborative tech to access Sharepoint for company data e.g. supplier information.
  • Being first response for arranging port facilities to vessel crews and client operational needs, both in the UK and abroad.
  • Using fleet management to prepare and verify POs for vessels provisions and stores, in accordance with allocated budgets.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operational queries from fleet vessels.
  • Take part in the operation’s afterhours duty rota.

Salary:

£14,722.50 per annum.

Hours of work:

37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch.
