Job Description

2026 Marketing Placement

We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for three students to join our marketing team on a 12-month placement.

Do you want to do legendary work and win awards? Be part of a world-class marketing team that pushes the boundaries of innovation? If you're eager to gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, marketing, campaign management, and partnership activations on an international scale, this placement is the perfect opportunity to join us in achieving more and being even better.

From day one, you will be fully integrated into Team Hilton. Our placements offer vast exposure and opportunities, including networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences and for some, international travel.

Based in our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 50 Interns and take part in regular connect meetings and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym.

The Opportunities

We have three placements available across three of our Marketing sub teams. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to interview for one of the placements listed below.

Brand Marketing:

As the EMEA Brand Marketing intern, you will play an active role in developing marketing campaigns and activating partnerships. You will carry out a range of administrative/support activities, as well as having ownership of your own project-based initiatives. The EMEA Brand Marketing team develop marketing and partnership strategies and tactics to drive brand consideration with key consumer target segments across key focus markets: UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Germany.

As the brand marketing intern, you will also support the team in terms of developing internal communications to share learnings and impact of campaigns and initiatives.

Loyalty:

As the EMEA Loyalty intern, you will oversee initiatives to drive the growth and engagement of the Hilton Honors membership base across the EMEA region. You will:

Oversee and continually evolve our hotel-level Hilton Honors Champion programme (who are our on-property team members responsible for driving the success of Hilton Honors) supporting our 700 Hilton Honors Champions in EMEA.

Support the execution of Honors member email communications, to elevate the member experience and build brand affinity within the EMEA region. This includes overseeing the end-to-end process of launching and analysing performance of Hilton Honors member email communications, including content planning and managing the design process.

Support team with initiatives aimed at driving Hilton Honors performance on-property (including enrolling new members, engaging with members, and ensuring they have a best-in-class stay). This includes developing hotel-facing training, communications and targeted initiatives to support Hilton Honors goals/objectives.

Media Marketing:

As the Media intern, you will gain experience of most aspects of media advertising from always on to huge campaign launches which incorporate both digital and offline ad formats, such as social media, TV, billboards, podcast advertising and much more. You will gain exposure to client-side marketing disciplines in these areas, as well as work closely with our advertising agency and key media partners (Meta, TikTok, Google). Your role will be to support the media team in activating brand and regional marketing campaigns, as well as building reports and insights as needed for the wider marketing organisation. This will be a super exciting opportunity to look under the hood of advertising channels and platforms to understand how we bring authentic and compelling adverts to life.

We don’t just talk the talk about diversity, we actively seek diverse thinking and new ideas to improve what we do, not only for ourselves but to change the face of advertising for all that see it.

Why choose us?
