Our 2-year Finance Apprenticeship offers the opportunity to join our finance teams at Hilmore House, where the decisions are made, and play an important role in helping the business deliver our priorities and build a stronger Morrisons. You'll work towards a professional qualification while launching your finance career with a team that will nurture you, support you and help you realise your potential!

Achieve a valuable qualification and the start of a great career

Join us as a Finance Apprentice to develop new skills and knowledge, working alongside Financial Accountants and Managers, support future plans and make big decisions, making a direct impact on our business. You’ll experience a variety of financial teams, launching your career in the best way possible and learn how to:

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Generate accruals, prepayments and adjustments
• Assist with financial reporting and help to improve our processes and procedures

While working with us, you’ll also be studying towards an accounting taxation technician Apprenticeship (Level 4 CIMA qualification). Upon successful completion, you could move onto our Level 7 Finance Apprenticeship to continue your development.

What you need to join us

To join this programme, you will have recently achieved or be predicted three B’s at A-level, or equivalent, and GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English. Our Finance Apprentices will work within a big team, so great communication, listening and collaborative skills are key. Other qualities we’re looking for include:

• Analytical thinking with plenty of common sense
• Ability to solve problems
• Thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment
• A full UK driving licence
