Corporate Degree Apprenticeship
Our Corporate Degree Apprenticeship involves spending 3-years rotating between teams at Hilmore House, where decisions are made, playing a key part in growing our business and developing new skills. You’ll work towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant career within our outstanding food retail business!
Achieve a valuable degree and the start of a great career
Join us as a Corporate Degree Apprentice and make an impact on our business through a variety of exciting business projects. You’ll progress through a series of placements, before choosing one area to specialise in during the final year, in areas such as:
- Wholesale
- Corporate Services
- Online
- Marketing
As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a BSc (Hons) Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. To support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free. At the end of the 3-year scheme, Apprentices could be prepared for a specialist role and have gained a full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

What you need to join us
Recently achieved or being predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points and having achieved GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English are needed for this programme. We’d love to see strong adaptability in successful candidates to ensure you can be flexible to meet the changing needs of our business. Other key attributes we'd like to see include:
- Resilience

- Good leadership
- A full UK driving licence
