About the Programme

Step into the magic of Disney with a 12-month paid placement in one of our world-class business functions. Whether you’re building client relationships in sales, bringing creative ideas to life in products and licensing, analysing data in finance, or supporting our incredible operations teams, you’ll play a part in creating stories that inspire millions.

As part of your placement, you’ll join our Disney Intern Development Programme, a curated learning pathway combining on-demand, instructor-led, and project-based learning. You’ll gain real responsibility, grow your professional skills, and work alongside talented teams who are passionate about what they do.

Programme Highlights

• 12-month placement starting Summer 2026
• Annual salary of £28,000
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• Four-day on-site working week in our Hammersmith, London office

Eligibility

• Undergraduate returning to full-time study in Autumn 2027
• Available to start full-time in June 2026
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong interest in your chosen business area through studies, experiences, or extra-curricular activities
