IT Support Engineer Degree Apprenticeship - Bell

With our headquarters based in the UK and a workforce of over 1000 professionals worldwide, we are now seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an IT apprentice.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while working towards industry-recognised qualifications. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and helping users get the most from their technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line IT support by managing incidents and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
  • Support the local network infrastructure, including switches, routers and wireless devices.
  • Maintain accurate asset and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team to support technology projects and continuous improvement.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to end users.

Desirable skills:

  • A strong interest in IT and a desire to grow your technical skills.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, software and networking principles.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and initiative.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

Salary:

£23,000 per annum

Working hours:

40 hours per week. Shifts will be rota-based working 8 hours per day over 5 days, covering 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with one in every three weekend's (Saturday & Sunday) with two days off during the week.
