During this three-year programme, you’ll have the flexibility to self-select additional rotations based on your career goals and personal development plan, allowing you to shape your path with support from Collins Aerospace.

About You

• Graduating with a 2:1 or above in a relevant business discipline by 2026.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

• Motivated and adaptable, with the ability to drive change and challenge existing processes.
