Job Description

Digital Product Manager Higher Apprenticeship - Product Madness

We’re Product Madness, and it’s our mission to bring joy to life through the power of play. Since we opened our doors in 2007, we’ve grown to be one of the world’s largest mobile game studios. Headquartered in London, with offices in Barcelona, Gdańsk, Lviv, Montreal and a remote team spanning the USA, we are truly a global powerhouse. Our hit titles, such as Lightning Link Casino, Cashman Casino and Heart of Vegas, captivate millions of players each day and are some of the top-grossing social casino games on the market. Plus, we’re award winning, with accolades across our product, our specialist teams, and our culture. We might be known for creating fun, entertaining player experiences, but we take the serious stuff seriously. Responsible gameplay, sustainability, and the needs of our people are at the heart of what we do, every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a keen interest in game development and contribute to brainstorming ideas for social or mobile games, their market position and engaging, highly monetisable features.
  • Learn alongside experienced product managers how to transform ideas into detailed concepts. Assist with user testing and gather feedback to inform decisions on their implementation, gaining exposure to the lifecycle of features and optimisations.
  • Learn to create wireframe screens, mock-ups, and user flows for new product features and content, under guidance.
  • Support in gathering and synthesising player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-game data to help inform product decisions.
  • Help deliver a great customer experience with configurations for content and features enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of players.
  • Collaborate with our team of product managers, artists, and engineers to understand how tasks are prioritised, roadmaps are managed, and implementation is overseen.
  • Learn to define, measure and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and understand how metrics inform future priorities and decisions.
  • Assist with performing systematic A/B tests (split testing) and learning how to interpret the results.
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of features post-launch to continually enhance engagement and monetisation.

Required skills:

  • A keen eye for detail, with strong logical, analytical, and numerical aptitude.
  • You’ll be flexible, team-orientated and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Eager to learn effective prioritisation skills and naturally highly organised.
  • A genuine passion for gaming products and a creative outlook.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.

Entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

Working hours:

Benefits:

  • Pension scheme.
  • Medicare and private healthcare.
  • Dress down.
  • Regular team outings.
