Job Description

Register Your Interest - Technology Degree Apprenticeship - London

  • Give your career the best possible start by joining an award-winning apprenticeship scheme at one of the world’s largest consulting and technology firms.
  • Work in our Accenture offices alongside industry experts and thought leaders.
  • Get immersed in real technology projects from day one and make your first mark on a vast global business, while forming connections with a mix of talented people at every level.
  • Start with us in September 2026 and study for a BSc (Hons) Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Degree at the University of East London for 3 years.

In Technology, we create and deliver platform and custom-designed solutions, build new business models with application management and implementation services, and co-create proof of concepts for new and emerging technologies.

Life as a Technology Degree Apprentice

Here at Accenture, we work across industries – from high tech to high fashion – to help clients reimagine a better future using the latest technologies in cloud, security, data, AI, digital, enterprise platforms and intelligent automation.

As a Technology Degree Apprentice, you’ll use current and emerging technologies to shape the future. You’ll create and deliver custom-designed solutions, and will be involved in the design, build, test, and deployment phases of technology development projects for our clients. Working in Technology, you will work on a variety of roles that span applications, cloud, infrastructure, data, DevOps, tech architecture, and software engineering.

Whatever you’re doing today, it could be different tomorrow, as you’ll move between projects of varying durations in a range of industries. Regardless of what you’re working on, you’ll be constantly using your software engineering and computing skills developed on your apprenticeship training to get hands-on with technology and deliver innovative solutions.

Our comprehensive support network, including People Leads, Buddies, Academic Study Advisors, and fellow Apprentice Peers, will assist you in effectively balancing work and study.

What we’re looking for

To join our apprenticeship scheme, you’ll need to have achieved 80 UCAS points, or an equivalent Level 3 qualification. Apart from these requirements, it doesn’t matter which other subjects you have studied. You’ll also need a commitment and willingness to invest in your learning and development, devoting sufficient time to the training and study required.

Passion for technology is essential, we’re looking for you to demonstrate this in either your studies, extracurricular activities, or work experience. An interest in modern technologies such as GenAI, Augmented and Virtual Reality will be useful. Any experience with programming languages will be an additional bonus.

We are looking for individuals with a passion to grow and develop, a desire for self-improvement, a curious mind, and a strong work ethic. Change is the only constant in our line of work, so you’ll also need to be flexible, agile, resilient, and able to work with ambiguity and constantly changing demands. A dedicated teammate, you’ll have strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills, and you’ll be confident presenting to various stakeholders.

What you’ll learn

Through hands-on work and structured training on the apprenticeship, we’ll help you to build the knowledge and skills you need to be at the forefront of today’s fast-changing technology environment. The best part is that you don’t need to have any prior technology experience. You will start your Accenture career with a comprehensive training and induction programme where you will develop a range of skills and gain insights into working at Accenture.

Where you'll work

Accenture is a people first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong connections. You will need to live within commutable distance of your assigned office, and you will be expected to come into the office regularly. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 3 days a week (or more depending on business requirements).

Due to Gov’t Funding Rules, we are unable to sponsor a UK work permit under this programme.

Additional Information

We receive a high volume of applications for our apprenticeship schemes annually, however, we only have a small number of spaces to fill, so the process is highly competitive. Places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
