The Team/Department... 

The role is a key role within the HR Services team, and report to the People Analytics Manager.

It will be responsible for running key reports for the business using Success Factors. You will analyse and review our data to provide insights to the wider team, to ensure we are making data driven decisions to support our HR Frame.

You will... 

 During this apprenticeship, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for running key reports for the business using Success Factors such as monthly new starters, leavers etc. and supporting the HR team with their reporting requirements
• Assist in reporting and analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and transforming data as needed.
• Building report suites, dashboards and data sets
• Supporting the People Analytics Manager with key projects and reporting deadlines 
• Ensuring all training materials and user guides are up to date and refreshed monthly
• Ownership of newsletters, communication and community management for HR teams to ensure key messages are shared and data shared

Eligibility... 

• You must NOT have already obtained a degree
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
• Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.
