As a Quality Assurance Apprentice you will provide administrative support of quality assurance processes to support and assist the quality assurance team.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing general administration to support the effective operation of the quality assurance team, i.e., organisation of team meetings, minute taking.
• Supporting the administration of external audit preparation including room bookings, meeting invites etc.
• Administering the audit process including audit notifications, requesting audit documentation ensuring audits are organised effectively, issuing reports.
• Assisting with the collection and submission of communication material to support the communication strategy.
• Analysing and checking presentations to support delivering quality information to various meetings.
• Working with team members to provide operational support and assistance where required. 
• Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work."
