Our Apprenticeship Programme is an 18-month programme which provides the opportunity for school leavers to earn as they learn. Based in our Edinburgh office, apprentices are fully emersed in our business, working alongside experts in the industry, as well as receiving ongoing professional and on-the-job training and development.

We’re looking for ambitious students who are eager to advance their careers, obtain practical experience and achieve an industry-recognised qualification. On successful completion of the programme, apprentices will have the opportunity to receive an offer to join BlackRock as a full-time employee. in teams including Client Services, Software Engineering, Data Operations & Technology Operations.
