Your role

Interested in working in finance and have an affinity for data and numbers, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Finance Apprenticeship Program.

You’ll get to:

• support daily run-the-bank activities as well as initiatives and projects within finance by preparing various finance reports
• coordinate strategic and operational tasks within Finance
• consult with internal experts to help advise our senior managers
• help us build strong relationships with external auditors, regulators and tax authorities

Your team

You’ll be a part of the Group Finance team, helping to manage, report and forecast all of our finances.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their A-levels (or equivalent) between 2023 and September 2025, and has achieved ABB as well as GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language (Grade 5) and Mathematics (Grade 6)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. It’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after.

Your program

This apprenticeship will last 18 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues and taking part in day-to-day operations.

You’ll work towards gaining a BSc (Honours) Accounting Finance Manager with the University of Exeter. and receive a Level 4 AAT qualification.
