Eligibility

  • Must be currently enrolled in a college/university, typically in your penultimate year of study (or second year of a four-year course for pre-internship programs).
  • Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) expected or achieved for analyst roles; ABB or higher at A-level (or equivalent) for pre-internship opportunities.
  • Strong academic, professional, and extracurricular achievements, with a genuine interest in financial services.
  • Relevant majors include, but are not limited to, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related fields.
  • For technology roles, basic proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, SQL) or tools (e.g., Tableau, JIRA) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates must demonstrate intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and leadership potential.
