During your 12-month Placement, you’ll provide support across multiple disciplines within National Real Estate. You’ll get a taste of various aspects of the Property world including project management, financial control, and facility management, to name a few!

You will be responsible for developing, recommending, implementing, and managing projects and processes in assigned areas while engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with key contacts in National and Regional departments. A key aspect of the role will be identifying cost savings during project execution and analysing data, all while meeting deadlines and working with budgets. With the vast number of projects and the fast pace at Aldi, you will naturally need to be efficient, well-organised, and can multi-task.

Please note that our Placement Programmes are for university students currently studying towards an undergraduate degree, who are seeking a 12-month sandwich placement before their final year of study.

You’ll need to be working towards a 2:1 degree, have 96 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications), possess a driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
