The programme

Our global programme will give you access to upfront, continuous learning and development, and the opportunity to work with organisations around the world, raising capital and creating growth in their communities. Depending on the programme, you could be working with us over the summer, or for 6 to 12 months in an off-cycle internship or industrial placement.

The team

Interns will work in an exciting and fast paced environment fully supported by managers, buddies, mentors and Global Markets colleagues. As a member of the team, you’ll learn how to collaborate with our experts to provide the best solutions to clients and have maximum exposure to the various products within Sales and Trading.

Responsibilities

Join our Global Markets Sales & Trading Internship and you’ll kick-start a global career, with opportunities for lifelong learning, development and support. You’ll learn key fundamentals, from pitching a stock to pricing a bond, and work in placements across all of our sales and trading functions. You’ll be trained on the job, assisting the team with sales, trading and hedging activities while experiencing first-hand how markets behave.

Training and Development

Eligibility

  • Candidates are required to be pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and graduating in 2025
  • On track for a minim 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)
