I am given time to complete tasks in my apprenticeship but so far little opportunity to use the skills I have learned

Pretty much just webinars and 1 to 1 progress catch ups but my tutor is always available to answer questions

Why?
The company has given me great opportunities but in its current position I would not recommend, there seems to be a loss of identity and no clear direction
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Poundland?
I would say always be yourself, be honest and don't try to pretend, I time the the opportunities will come and there can be some good job satisfaction
