groundworks includes drainage, concreating which are some key things that are needed to be able to complete some of the main tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i like what i am doing because i get to do a different thing every day which is good so that i can learn more thing about the job i do which is good so when it comes to me doing it again it will help because i will have an understanding of what to do.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learned how to do steel fixing how to make cubes and do drainage. Also learned how to use a cat and genny.

my program is verry good because i can ask people for help and they wont hesitate to help me which is good because they want me to learn and do the best i can.

i get support when they think i need it or when i ask for it because i like to try and be independent as much as i can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

they said that i can do some of my tasks on site which is verry helpful to me so that it always me to get the job done quicker.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

they don't give me as much as the other groundworkers because i am not as skilled as them yet so they help me get it to it as they can
