Supporting the delivery of health, safety, and environmental standards on site through regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety briefings. Assisting with maintaining documentation, reporting incidents, and promoting safe working practices. Works closely with site teams and SHE professionals while completing structured training and gaining practical experience in hazard identification, environmental monitoring, and compliance with HSE legislation.

What I Enjoy About the Role
I enjoy making a real difference by helping to keep people safe at work. The role is varied and hands-on, giving me the chance to learn on site while building knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices. I like working with different teams, solving problems, and contributing to a positive safety culture. It’s rewarding to see improvements from the work I support.
