Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I gained a thorough insight into the commercial banking business at NatWest. There were interactive sessions with business leaders, graduates and employees from (Employee led Network) ELN. Each day we had a skill-built session which focused on confidence, presentation and networking. At the end of the day, we presented our learning and research back to other teams through a group presentation.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
