Our two-year Global Graduate Programme gives you the chance to make an impact while discovering how your work connects with the wider world of aerospace.

Apprenticeships

Every aircraft begins with thousands of parts. And thousands of people behind them. Engineers. Technicians. Specialists. Problem-solvers. As a GKN Aerospace apprentice, you’ll be one of them: getting hands-on, solving problems and contributing to real aerospace projects while experienced colleagues help you build your knowledge.

Our apprenticeship in number

• At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
• Apprenticeships last 3-4 years dependent on the level
• Level 2-6 apprenticeships available
